Return and refund policies
- The return must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
- All returns are the responsibility of the customer with the exception of defective products or in the case of shipping errors. The customer will then have to take care of the packaging and carry out the return shipment.
- The products must be returned in the original conditions when they were received.

After the return shipment has been sent, we kindly ask you to be informed at the email address info@modaintsrl.com also specifying in the subject the number of the order being returned.

Refund conditions
- Refund of the cost of the product (partial) – In the event of, for example, the wrong size being purchased, the customer changing his mind, etc.
- Refund of the cost of the product + shipping (total) – In the event of an error on the part of logistics, for example in the event that you receive a different size than the one ordered, and in the event of a defective product. We kindly ask to be informed of any errors or defects at the email address info@modaintsrl.com , specifying the order number in the subject and attaching photos.
- No refunds – If the returned product shows signs of use by the customer (e.g. worn soles), we will not be able to authorize a refund. All products must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Furthermore, we will not be able to authorize a refund if the return shipment is made after the 14 days established in the return policies, which will NOT be accepted by us and will be returned to the sender.
